I'm not going to sell you a template or tell you to "just batch your content." I'm going to map out YOUR specific situation and give you a prioritized game plan you can actually execute.

What do I need to prepare?
Nothing fancy. Just access to your current tools and willingness to show me the mess. Seriously. I need to see the chaos to understand why it's happening. Don't clean up for me.
What do I walk away with?
A custom Notion deliverable that includes your current workflow map, your ideal workflow map, prioritized recommendations (implement now / hire out / later), and strategic direction on your specific next steps.
Is this a sales call for your other services?
No. This is a standalone strategy session. If The Build or ongoing OBM support makes sense after, I'll mention it. But the Game Plan Call is designed to be valuable on its own, even if you never work with me again.

THE GAME PLAN CALL: TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing The Game Plan Call, you agree to the following:

WHAT'S INCLUDED

One (1) 90-minute live strategy session via Zoom
One (1) custom Notion deliverable including your workflow maps, prioritized recommendations, and strategic direction
Deliverable sent within 5 business days of your session

This is a strategy session. Implementation is not included. If you want done-for-you implementation, check out The Build.

BOOKING YOUR SESSION
After purchase, you'll receive a link to book your session. Please book within 30 days of purchase. If you don't book within 30 days, your session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Sessions are scheduled based on availability. I typically have openings within 1-2 weeks.

RESCHEDULING
Life happens. You may reschedule your session up to 2 times, with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled call.
To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact me at [YOUR EMAIL].
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice counts as a late cancel (see below).

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or don't show up for your scheduled session, your session is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be offered.
I protect my calendar fiercely because I only take 3 of these per month. Please respect the time you've booked.

REFUNDS
Before your session: If you haven't booked or attended your session yet, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email [YOUR EMAIL] to request.
After your session: No refunds are available once the session has taken place. You're paying for my time, expertise, and a custom deliverable. All of that is delivered during and after our call.

CONFIDENTIALITY
What we discuss stays between us. I will not share your business details, strategies, or backend mess with anyone.
That said, I may reference anonymized, non-identifying examples from client work in my content or case studies. If I ever want to share something specific or identifiable about your business, I'll ask your permission first.

YOUR DELIVERABLE
The custom Notion deliverable I create for you is yours to keep and use however you'd like for your own business.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose my deliverables, frameworks, or recommendations as your own products or services.
